Taylor Kozell is a board-certified occupational therapist and aquatic therapy educator who brings advanced clinical knowledge and real-world experience to every course she teaches.

Meet Taylor

She earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from Nova Southeastern University and holds specialty credentials including Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS), Certified Neuro Specialist-Advanced Pediatrics (CNS-AP), and ATU Clinical Aquaticist recognition.

She has treated clients across the lifespan in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings — helping people reach meaningful functional goals on land and in the water. As Assistant Professor of Practice and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Doctor of Occupational Therapy program, and as owner of neuroABILITY Therapy, PLLC in the greater Chattanooga area, she lives the same neurologic and aquatic practice she teaches.

Through Aquatic Therapy University she shares expertise in aquatic assessment, neuro-rehabilitation, psychosocial well-being, and creative therapeutic strategies with rehabilitation professionals worldwide.
